Common use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clause in Contracts

Traditional Chinese Medicine. The insurer will cover the actual incurred medical costs of the therapies administrated by a recognised traditional Chinese medicine practitioner. For this benefit exclusion 6.12 does not apply. The maximum benefit should be mutually agreed between the policyholder and insurer and stipulated in the insurance contract.
