Common use of Traffic Noise Clause in Contracts

Traffic Noise. a. The Engineer shall perform a Traffic Noise Analysis following TxDOT’s 2011 Guidelines. If warranted, noise abatement measures shall be considered. The Engineer shall prepare for and attend up to four (4) noise workshops if required.
