Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000. a. Contractor shall comply with section 106(g) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) of 2000 as amended (22 U.S.C. 7104(g)) as amended by section 7102). For full text, see: 1) xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/view.xhtml?req=granuleid:USC-prelim-title22- section7104d&num=0&edition=prelim b. Contractor, Contractor’s employees, and subcontractors shall not: 1) Engage in severe forms of trafficking in persons during the period of time that the Contract is in effect. 2) Procure a commercial sex act during the period of time that the Contract is in effect. 3) Use forced labor in the performance of the award or sub-awards under the Contract. c. Contractor shall: 1) Immediately notify the County’s Behavioral Health Administrator, by telephone, in the event they receive any information from any source alleging a violation of a prohibition in section 9.a. of this Exhibit. 2) Include the requirements of this section in any subcontract awarded under this Contract. d. Violation of any of these provisions is cause for immediate termination of the Contract.
