Contractor shall: 1) Immediately notify the County’s Behavioral Health Administrator, by telephone, in the event they receive any information from any source alleging a violation of a prohibition in section 9.a. of this Exhibit. 2) Include the requirements of this section in any subcontract awarded under this Contract. d. Violation of any of these provisions is cause for immediate termination of the Contract.
