Trafficking Victims Protection Act. Contractor will comply with the requirements of Section 106(g) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) of 2000, as amended (22 U.S.C. 7104) which prohibits grant award recipients or a sub-recipient from awarding funds to a private entity or individual who has (1) engaged in severe forms of trafficking in persons during the period of time that the award is in effect; (2) procured a commercial sex act during the period of time that the award is in effect; (3) used forced labor in the performance of the award or subawards under the award; or (4) engaged in acts that directly support or advance trafficking in persons as set forth in 22 U.S.C. § 7104(g)(4). Contractor shall inform County immediately upon receipt of any information from any source alleging a violation of a prohibition of the TVPA. Violation of this clause, may result in termination of this Agreement. Contractor will comply with all applicable requirements (including requirements to report allegations) pertaining to prohibited conduct related to the trafficking of persons, whether on the part of recipients, subrecipients (subgrantees), or individuals defined (for purposes of this condition) as "employees" of the recipient or of any subrecipient.
