Common use of Training and Account Implementation Clause in Contracts

Training and Account Implementation. The fees set forth in the Fee Schedule include AccuSource’s standard account implementation services and AccuSource’s standard user- training as detailed in Attachment B, the Scope of Services and Fee Schedule. Client acknowledges that reasonable additional service support fees may apply if Client cancels scheduled training sessions without providing reasonable advance notice to AccuSource or AccuSource otherwise provides non-standard training to Client.
