Common use of Training and Exercise Clause in Contracts

Training and Exercise. The subrecipient agrees that any grant funds used for training and exercise must be in compliance with the FOA. All training must be approved through the ADEM/AZDOHS training request process prior to execution of training contract(s). All exercises must utilize the FEMA Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) Toolkit for exercise design, development and scheduling. Subrecipient agrees to:
