Common use of Training Equipment Availability Clause in Contracts

Training Equipment Availability. Training equipment necessary for course performance at any course location other than the Seller’s training centers or the facilities of the training provider selected by the Seller will be provided by the Buyer in accordance with the Seller’s specifications.
