Training for Safety Purposes. (a) For safety purposes, employees shall receive necessary training if required to operate any piece of equipment or deliver specialized procedures or therapies. (b) For safety purposes, employees required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment shall be provided proper training and instruction.
