Training Opportunities for Temporary Part. Time Members (SI1) SI1 employees shall continue to be granted reasonable opportunities to enhance job skills. The City shall provide safety training to part-time employees in Representation Unit SI1 and, when economically feasible, job skill enhancement training which the City deems applicable and relevant to the employee’s duties. The parties agree to establish a joint committee to discuss job development for part‐time employees in the City. The City and the Union will have an equal number of members on the committee. Each party will select its respective members.
