Training Opportunities for Temporary Part. Time Members (SI1) SI1 employees shall continue to be granted reasonable opportunities to enhance job skills. The City shall provide safety training to part-time employees in Representation Unit SI1 and, when economically feasible, job skill enhancement training which the City deems applicable and relevant to the employee’s duties. The parties agree to establish a joint committee to discuss job development for part-time employees in the City. The City and the Union will have an equal number of members on the committee. Each party will select its respective members.
