Training Premium - Truck Drivers and Equipment Operators. Truck Drivers and Equipment Operators who are designated to train other employees shall be paid a premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour above their regular rate while so instructing. Such compensation shall be for providing instruction in all aspects of the vehicle or equipment operations, and evaluating the progress and performance of trainees and reporting same to a superior.
