Training Rates of Pay for Existing Operators Breaking in on Existing and New Routes. Operators who take additional training when they transfer to other transit centres where they did not receive training or to train for new transit routes will be paid the applicable rate of pay as provided for in this Agreement. Upon request from an employee, and where the Training Department recommends that additional training is required, the Employer shall determine when the employee will be scheduled for training purposes.
