Transaction and Action Options & Required Forms. When you take action or conduct a transaction on accounts, loans, products or services, we may require you to use a specific form or document to conduct or complete the action or transaction. If you do not use that form or document, for your and our protection we may refuse to honor, perform or complete the action or transaction. Whether an action or transaction is honored, completed or not, you are responsible for any loss or liability we incur as a result of your failure to use a required form or document or follow the terms of the MSA.
