Agreement to Membership, Products and Services. When you join our Credit Union and start accounts, loans, products and services with us, you may sign a Part 1 service form, and will be provided or be able to access this Part 2 document. The Parts 1 and 2, along with the related information and documents in our rec- ords, create the Member Service Agreement with us. We refer to our Member Service Agreement form as a “Part 1 form” or “service form.” We (or you) may complete the form, which you review and sign or authorize to use our products and services. The form may include information about you, the owner- ship and survivorship features of accounts, and the products and services you have requested. This information is entered in our documents or computer system. In fact, the service form may consist entirely of information in our computer system. The forms, documents and information in our computer system are retained in our records and used to start, maintain and manage the prod- ucts and services you have with us. They are the first part of our Member Service Agreement – the “Part 1.” We refer to this document as the “Part 2” of our Member Service Agreement. The Part 2 explains the terms of membership, prod- ucts and services with us. It also includes “Our Electronic Funds Transfer Terms” disclosure, “Funds Availability of Deposits” dis- closure, “Our Rates & Service Charges” disclosure and “Our Pri- vacy Notice” disclosure. Most of these disclosures are found at the end of this Part 2, and are also accessible separately from the Part 2 on our website or on request from us (please see Provision

  • Products and Services General Information The Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) made and entered into by and between The Interlocal Purchasing System (hereinafter “TIPS”) a government cooperative purchasing program authorized by the Region 8 Education Service Center, having its principal place of business at 0000 XX Xxx 000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 and the TIPS Vendor. This Agreement consists of the provisions set forth below, including provisions of all attachments referenced herein. In the event of a conflict between the provisions set forth below and those contained in any attachment, the provisions set forth shall control unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing and by signature and date on the attachment. A Purchase Order (“PO”), Agreement or Contract is the TIPS Member’s approval providing the authority to proceed with the negotiated delivery order under the Agreement. Special terms and conditions as agreed between the Vendor and TIPS Member should be added as addendums to the Purchase Order, Agreement or Contract. Items such as certificate of insurance, bonding requirements, small or disadvantaged business goals are some, but not all, of the possible addendums.

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO. As of the Effective Date, each item added is subject to this Agreement, as if it had originally been a part, but the charge for each item starts to accrue only on the Effective Date. In the event the additional equipment, supplies, services, or locations are not identical to the items(s) already under this Agreement, the charges therefor will then be Contractor’s normal and customary charges or rates for the equipment, supplies, services, or locations classified in the Fees and Costs (Exhibit “F”).

  • Other Products and Services As our customer, you have access to a suite of financial products and services availed by ourselves, our affiliates and strategic partners designed to help you address and achieve your financial needs and goals. You agree that you can obtain information about such Products and Services via our website xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx and you further agree that we can from time to time communicate information in relation to such Products or Services to you specifically or generally to all cardmembers via such communication mode as we consider appropriate.

  • Third Party Products and Services Through its Product(s), Palo Alto Networks may make available to you third-party products or services (“third-party apps”) which contain features designed to interoperate with our Products. To use such features, you must either obtain access to such third-party apps from their respective providers or permit Palo Alto Networks to obtain access on your behalf. All third-party apps are optional and if you choose to utilize such third-party apps:

  • Exclusion of Products and Services If a deliverable or service that is subject to this Agreement is deleted, lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged, sold, replaced, or otherwise disposed of, the CPO may exclude it from the operation of this Agreement by notifying Contractor in writing. The notice takes effect immediately on its receipt by Contractor. More than one notice may be given. When a notice is received, Contractor shall delete the charge for the excluded deliverable or service from the sum(s) otherwise due under this Agreement.

  • Performance of Products and Services The Contractor acknowledges that only Project Persons shall perform the Products and Services under this Agreement.

  • Purchased Services During the term of this Collective Agreement, no regular employee will be declared surplus in his/her position as a result of the use of purchased services to perform the work normally performed by that employee.

  • New Products You agree to comply with NASD Notice to Members 5-26 recommending best practices for reviewing new products.

  • Diagnostic Services Procedures ordered by a recognized Provider because of specific symptoms to diagnose a specific condition or disease. Some examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Bundled Services If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee required under this Section 6 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, the Franchise Fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, regulations, standards or orders.
