Common use of Transaction Information Clause in Contracts

Transaction Information. None of the Seller, any Affiliate of the Seller or any third party with which the Seller or any Affiliate thereof has contracted, shall deliver, in writing or orally, to any Rating Agency, any Transaction Information without providing such Transaction Information to the applicable Purchaser Agent prior to delivery to such Rating Agency and will not participate in any oral communications with respect to Transaction Information with any Rating Agency without the participation of such Purchaser Agent.

Transaction Information. None of the Seller, any Affiliate of the Seller or any third party with which the Seller or any Affiliate thereof has contracted, shall deliverhas delivered, in writing or orally, to any Rating Agency, any Transaction Information without providing such Transaction Information to the applicable Purchaser Agent prior to delivery to such Rating Agency and will has not participate participated in any oral communications with respect to Transaction Information with any Rating Agency without the participation of such Purchaser Agent.
