Transaction Non-Violative of Employment Agreements. The parties hereto hereby agree that the participation by Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, D.D.S., Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx or any other officer or executive officer of InterDent or any of its Affiliates in the ownership, operation or financing of Purchaser or in the negotiation or consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby do and will not violate any of the provisions of those certain Employment Agreements with DCA and InterDent by which each of them is bound.

Transaction Non-Violative of Employment Agreements. The parties hereto hereby agree that the participation by Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, D.D.S., Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx or any other officer or executive officer of Parent or any Seller in the ownership, operation or financing of Purchaser or in the negotiation or consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and the DCA Transaction do and will not violate any of the provisions of those certain Employment Agreements with DCA and Parent by which each of them is bound. This Section 7.5 shall be of no further force and effect upon a repurchase of the Assets by Parent and Sellers pursuant to Section 7.1 above.
