Transactions by Mail. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Credit Union may permit you to make deposits, transfers, and withdrawals by mail. Transfers and withdrawals by mail will require a signed written request by you. Such transactions will be posted to your account as of the day the transaction is processed at the Credit Union.

You must provide specific information instructing us how to apply the payment or process the withdrawal or transfer from your account(s) and or loan(s). Such transactions will be posted to your account as of the day the transaction is processed at the Credit Union. If you make a deposit or payment, which is not accompanied by instructions how or where it is to be credited, we may apply it to any loan or deposit account you maintain with us, at our discretion.

If you make a deposit or payment that is not accompanied by instructions on how or where it is to be credited, we may apply it to any loan or deposit account you maintain with us, at our discretion, and this may delay the crediting of such a deposit or payment. See Part II, “Funds Availability Policy,” for further information.
Transactions by Mail. You may deposit checks by mail. You should endorse the check being sent through the mail with the words "For Deposit Only" and should include your correct account number and share ID underneath to ensure the check is credited to the correct account. If you do not provide the Credit Union with instructions indicating how or where the check should be credited, we may apply it to any account or any loan balance you have with the Credit Union or we may return the check to you. Following your deposit, examine your statement carefully to ensure that we received the item. Do not send cash through the mail for deposit.

Transfers and withdrawals by mail will require a signed request by you. Such transactions will be posted to your account as of the day the transaction is processed at OU Credit Union.
Transactions by Mail. The Credit Union may permit you to make withdrawals by mail. Your request must be in writing and signed by the account owner or other authorized representative. Additional verifcation of the transaction may be required. Such transactions will be processed on your account within a reasonable amount of time, generally by the next business day after receipt from the U.S. Post Ofce.
