Instructing us. Subject to conditions notified by us from time to time, we may at our discretion allow you to give instructions in respect of your Credit Card Account by telephone, facsimile, email, text, card or computer, or by any other written, electronically communicated or verbal method acceptable to us (each a “facility”). We may require you to provide a written indemnity before making any such facility available to you. Except as otherwise required by law, we may allow the operation of a Credit Card Account of a deceased person if authority was given by this person prior to his or her death.

Instructing us. You can give us instructions by using the contact details set out at the end of this Credit Guide. Generally, you need to give us instructions in writing (e.g. fax, email or letter) or another method as agreed by us.

  • Instruction 4.1 The Data Processor may only act and process the Personal Data in accordance with the documented request (support ticket or email) from the Data Controller (the “Instruction”), unless required by law to act without such instruction. The Instruction at the time of entering into this DPA is that the Data Processor may only process the Personal Data with the purpose of delivering the Services as described in the Service Agreement. Subject to the terms of this DPA and with mutual agreement of the parties, the Data Controller may issue additional written instructions consistent with the terms of this Agreement. The Data Controller is responsible for ensuring that all individuals who provide written instructions are authorised to do so.

  • Instructions (a) The data importer shall process the personal data only on documented instructions from the data exporter. The data exporter may give such instructions throughout the duration of the contract.

  • Zone File Access Agreement Registry Operator will enter into an agreement with any Internet user, which will allow such user to access an Internet host server or servers designated by Registry Operator and download zone file data. The agreement will be standardized, facilitated and administered by a Centralized Zone Data Access Provider, which may be ICANN or an ICANN designee (the “CZDA Provider”). Registry Operator (optionally through the CZDA Provider) will provide access to zone file data per Section 2.1.3 of this Specification and do so using the file format described in Section 2.1.4 of this Specification. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) the CZDA Provider may reject the request for access of any user that does not satisfy the credentialing requirements in Section 2.1.2 below; (b) Registry Operator may reject the request for access of any user that does not provide correct or legitimate credentials under Section 2.1.2 below or where Registry Operator reasonably believes will violate the terms of Section 2.1.5. below; and, (c) Registry Operator may revoke access of any user if Registry Operator has evidence to support that the user has violated the terms of Section 2.1.5 below.

  • Directing Requests Requests in writing for negotiation meetings from the Association will be made directly to the Superintendent or his/her designee. Requests from the Board will be made in writing to the President of the Association. Requests for negotiations shall be submitted between 60 and 90 days prior to the expiration of the contract term.
