Postage Postage for mailing of dividends, proxies, Fund reports and other mailings to all shareholder accounts shall be advanced to the Transfer Agent by the Fund at least seven (7) days prior to the mailing date of such materials.
Transcripts When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, CONTRACTOR shall prepare transcripts at the close of each semester, or upon student transfer, for students in grades nine (9) through twelve (12) inclusive, and submit them on LEA approved forms to the student’s school of residence for evaluation of progress toward completion of diploma requirements as specified in LEA Procedures. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the LEA names of students and their schools of residence for whom transcripts have been submitted as specified by the LEA.
Personal Delivery When personally delivered to the recipient, notice is effective upon delivery.
Certified Mail When mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective upon receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt.
Physical Delivery All notices must be in writing, except as provided in § 27.2. Any document, including a signed 707 document or notice, from or on behalf of Seller, and delivered to Buyer is effective when physically received by Buyer, any 708 signatory on behalf of Buyer, any named individual of Buyer, any representative of Buyer, or Brokerage Firm of Broker working 709 with Buyer (except for delivery, after Closing, of the notice requesting mediation described in § 23 and except as provided in 710 § 27.2). Print Mail The Fund hereby engages PFPC as its exclusive print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the Fund and PFPC.

Mailings which include five hundred (500) or more individually identifiable records containing PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY in a single package shall be sent using a tracked mailing method which includes verification of delivery and receipt, unless the prior written permission of COUNTY to use another method is obtained.
