Transcripts. When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, CONTRACTOR, at the close of each semester or upon LEA student transfer, shall prepare transcripts for LEA students in grades nine through twelve inclusive, and submit them to the LEA student’s district of residence, for evaluation of progress toward completion of diploma requirements, or if appropriate, a Certificate of Completion, as specified in LEA Procedures. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the LEA names of LEA students and their schools of residence for whom transcripts have been submitted as specified by the LEA.

Transcripts. When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, CONTRACTOR, at the close of each semester or upon LEA student transfer, shall prepare transcripts for LEA pupils in grades nine through twelve inclusive, and submit them on LEA approved forms to the LEA pupil’s district of residence, for evaluation of progress toward completion of diploma requirements, or if appropriate, a Certificate of Completion, as specified in LEA Procedures. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the LEA names of LEA pupils and their schools of residence for whom transcripts have been submitted as specified by the LEA.
Transcripts. Should either party desire a transcript of the proceedings, that party shall bear the full cost for that transcript. Should both parties request a transcript, then the costs for the transcripts shall be divided equally between the parties.

Transcripts. For newly acquired units that may affect current salary classification (See Appendix A) must be received in Human Resources no later than February 10th and August 10th. If transcripts are not available, Human Resources will need a statement from the college or university indicating the course, grade and number of units by February 10th and August 10th. Supporting (official) transcripts are to be forwarded to Human Resources and received no later than April 10th and October 10th. Employees who move to a different range as a result of acquiring college units will remain at the same step.

Official transcripts (“Official Documents”) can be ordered by individual students for $10 to be ready the same day for students who have attended within three (3) years of the current date, and two (2) business days for older records. To order transcripts (“Official Documents”), a student must fill out a Document Request Form, which is available from the Admissions Staff. The form must be submitted in person, through email, or via standard mail to the Admission Staff. Written consent from the student is required before records are released to a third party.
