Common use of Transcriptions of Hearings Clause in Contracts

Transcriptions of Hearings. Transcripts of hearings shall be furnished to any party to the hearing on payment of the costs of preparing such transcripts. When transcripts are provided by the employees of the District, the cost shall be determined by the employee in charge of business affairs of the District. Either party may have a court reporter and the requesting party shall be responsible for assuming the cost of the reporter, however, if the other party wishes to have a court reporter's transcript the total cost of the reporter shall be borne equally by the parties.
