Transfer Decision-Making Process. All parties concerned will provide input into the transfer decision including, but not limited to, the following: College Presidents, Vice Presidents, Department/Division Chairs of the appropriate Colleges, in addition to the Faculty member requesting transfer. The determination of transfer will be based upon, but not limited to, the following criteria:
