Common use of TRANSFER INTERVIEW Clause in Contracts

TRANSFER INTERVIEW. The Hiring Committee shall arrange to interview an Employee who has submitted an internal application within ten (10) business days following the close of the internal posting period as defined in Article 16.08, to determine the Employee’s qualifications, skills, suitability for the Vacancy, and ability to perform the tasks and responsibilities as defined for the Vacancy in Appendix A. During this interview the Employee shall be entitled to make representations regarding their qualifications for the position they have applied to transfer into.
