Award is Not Transferable. Except to the limited extent provided in Section 5 above, this Award of PSUs and the rights and privileges conferred hereby will not be transferred, assigned, pledged or hypothecated in any way by the Participant (whether by operation of law or otherwise) and will not be subject to sale under execution, attachment or similar process, until the Participant has been issued the Stock. Upon any attempt by the Participant to transfer, assign, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of this Award, or any right or privilege conferred hereby, or upon any attempted sale under any execution, attachment or similar process, this Award and the rights and privileges conferred hereby immediately will become null and void. The terms of this Agreement will be binding upon the Participant’s executors, administrators, heirs, successors and any permitted transferees.
Award is Not Transferable. Except to the limited extent provided in Section 8, this Award and the rights and privileges conferred hereby will not be transferred, assigned, pledged or hypothecated in any way (whether by operation of law or otherwise) and will not be subject to sale under execution, attachment or similar process. Upon any attempt to transfer, assign, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of this Award, or any right or privilege conferred hereby, or upon any attempted sale under any execution, attachment or similar process, this Award and the rights and privileges conferred hereby immediately will become null and void.
Award is Not Transferable. Except to the limited extent provided in paragraph 5, this Award and the rights and privileges conferred hereby will not be transferred, assigned, pledged or hypothecated in any way (whether by operation of law or otherwise) and will not be subject to sale under execution, attachment or similar process.
Award is Not Transferable. You may not transfer, assign, pledge or hypothecate in any way (whether by operation of law or otherwise) the Restricted Stock Units and the Restricted Stock Units will not be subject to sale under execution, attachment or similar process. If you attempt to transfer, assign, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of the Restricted Stock Units, or upon any attempted sale under any execution, attachment or similar process, the Restricted Stock Units immediately will be cancelled.
Award is Not Transferable. Except to the limited extent provided in Section 6, this award of Restricted Stock Units and the rights and privileges conferred hereby will not be transferred, assigned, pledged or hypothecated in any way (whether by operation of law or otherwise) and will not be subject to sale under execution, attachment or similar process. Upon any attempt to transfer, assign, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of this award of Restricted Stock Units, or any right or privilege conferred hereby, or upon any attempted sale under any execution, attachment or similar process, this award of Restricted Stock Units and the rights and privileges conferred hereby immediately will become null and void.
Award is Not Transferable. Except to the limited extent provided in Section 6 above, this Award of PSUs and the rights and privileges conferred hereby may not be transferred, assigned, pledged or hypothecated in any way by the Participant (whether by operation of law or otherwise) and may not be subject to sale under execution, attachment or similar process until the Participant has been issued the Stock. Upon any attempt by the Participant to transfer, assign, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of this Award, or any right or privilege conferred hereby, or upon any attempted sale under any execution, attachment or similar process, this Award and the rights and privileges conferred hereby immediately will become null and void.
Award is Not Transferable. The unvested Shares may not be sold, transferred, pledged, assigned, or otherwise alienated or hypothecated other than by will, by the laws of descent or distribution, or to a Service Provider’s spouse, former spouse or dependent pursuant to a court-approved domestic relations order which relates to the provision of child, support, alimony payments or marital property rights. Upon any attempt to transfer, assign, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of any unvested Shares subject to this award, or any right or privilege conferred hereby, or upon any attempted sale under any execution, attachment or similar process, this award and the rights and privileges conferred hereby immediately will become null and void.
Award is Not Transferable. Except to the limited extent provided in Paragraph 7, the Award and the rights and privileges conferred hereby may not be transferred, assigned, pledged (as collateral for a loan or as security for the performance of an obligation or for any other purpose) or hypothecated in any way (whether by operation of law or otherwise) and may not be subject to sale under execution, attachment or similar process. Upon any attempt to transfer, assign, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of the Award, or any right or privilege conferred hereby, or upon any attempted sale under any execution, attachment or similar process, the Award and the rights and privileges conferred hereby immediately will become null and void.
Award is Not Transferable. Restricted Stock Units may not be sold, transferred, pledged, assigned, or otherwise alienated or hypothecated other than by will, by the laws of descent or distribution, or to a Service Provider’s spouse, former spouse or dependent pursuant to a court-approved domestic relations order which relates to the provision of child, support, alimony payments or marital property rights. Upon any attempt to transfer, assign, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of Restricted Stock Units, or any right or privilege conferred hereby, or upon any attempted sale under any execution, attachment or similar process, Restricted Stock Units granted herein and the rights and privileges conferred hereby immediately will become null and void.
Award is Not Transferable. Except as provided in Paragraph 5 above, until the applicable shares of Restricted Stock vest this award and the rights and privileges conferred hereby shall not be sold, transferred, assigned, pledged or hypothecated in any way (whether by operation of law or otherwise) and shall not be subject to sale under execution, attachment or similar process. Upon any attempt to transfer, assign, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of this award, or of any right or privilege conferred hereby, or upon any attempted sale under any execution, attachment or similar process, this award and the rights and privileges conferred hereby immediately shall become null and void. If the Employee effects any action in contravention of this Paragraph 13, any provision of this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the Restricted Stock at issue shall immediately be forfeited to the Company.
