Common use of Transfer of Deposit Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Deposit. Landlord shall deliver the funds deposited hereunder by Tenant to any assignee of Landlord’s interest in the Premises, and thereupon Landlord shall be discharged from any further liability with respect to such Security Deposit.
