TRANSFER OF EMPLOYMENT TO RELATED CORPORATION. In the event the Employee leaves the employ of the Company to become an employee of any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company or if the Employee leaves the employ of any such Parent or Subsidiary to become an employee of the Company or of another Parent or Subsidiary, the Employee shall be deemed to continue as an employee of the Company for all purposes of this Agreement for so long as employment with a Parent or Subsidiary continues.
