The Grantee acknowledges and agrees that their personal data will be transferred to the United States and that there is a risk, in particular, that the rights provided for by Swiss (and EU data protection laws, as applicable) may only be guaranteed to a limited extent and that foreign authorities, i.e. authorities of the United States may gain access to the Grantee’s personal data with or without the Grantee’s knowledge.
