Common use of Transfer of Redevelopment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Redevelopment Agreement. Redeveloper further agrees for itself, its successors and assigns, that prior to the Completion of the Project or any portion thereof, as evidenced by the issuance of a Certificate of Completion it will not make or create, or suffer to be made or created, any sale, assignment, conveyance, lease or transfer in any other mode or form (collectively, the “Transfers”) of its interests in the Project or its interest in this Agreement, without the prior written approval of the Redevelopment Entity, except as expressly provided herein.
