Transfer of Seafarers. The Company shall have the option at their discretion of transferring seafarers from one vessel to another vessel, provided, however, that the seafarers who are transferred to another vessel shall not suffer demotion in rank or in pay and that there will not be any interruption of time for calculation of leave benefits nor increase in length of service.
