Transfer of Sprint PCS Network. Sprint PCS may sell, transfer or assign the Sprint PCS Network, including its rights and obligations under this agreement, the Services Agreement and any related agreements, to a third party without Manager's consent so long as the third party assumes the rights and obligations under this agreement and the Services Agreement. Manager agrees that Sprint PCS and its Related Parties will be released from any and all obligations under and with respect to any and all such agreements upon such sale, transfer or assignment in accordance with this Section 17.15.5, without the need for Manager to execute any document to effect such release.
