Transfer of Subsequent Developer Agreement. The Entity further agrees for itself, and its successors and assigns, that prior to the completion of the Project or any portion thereof, as evidenced by the issuance of a Certificate of Completion it will not make or create, or suffer to be made or created, any sale, assignment, conveyance, lease or transfer in any other mode or form (collectively, the “Transfers”) of its interests in the Project Site or its interest in this Subsequent Developer Agreement or in this Project, or any part thereof or any interest therein, without the prior written approval of the City, except as provided below, in the Financial Agreement, and otherwise in this Article 5.
