Transfer of Title to Cost Recovery Petroleum. Cost Recovery by Contractor shall be achieved by transferring to the Contractor title at the Delivery Point to quantities of Crude Oil from the Contract Area of equivalent value (as determined pursuant to Article 13.1) to the Petroleum Costs to be recovered by the Contractor in accordance with Article 11.2. ("Cost Recovery Petroleum").
