Common use of TRANSFER OF YOUR AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

TRANSFER OF YOUR AGREEMENT. This AGREEMENT is for YOUR benefit and is transferable to the next subsequent private purchaser of the VEHICLE only while the AGREEMENT is in force and if certain conditions are met. YOU may not transfer this AGREEMENT if the VEHICLE is sold or traded (retail or wholesale) to an automobile dealer or automotive wholesaler. A completed transfer application and a fifty dollars ($50) transfer fee must be submitted to the ADMINISTRATOR within thirty (30) days of a change in ownership, along with the following:
