Transfer; Successors and Assigns. The Lender may not sell, assign, pledge, dispose of or otherwise transfer (collectively, “Transfer”) this Note, unless the Lender obtains the Company’s prior written approval (such approval to be provided in the Company’s sole and absolute discretion).
