Transfer/Suspension of Students Upon Assault. A child who initiates and inflicts a physical assault upon a teacher shall be transferred to another school and/or expelled from the school district in accordance with due process rights, applicable state law and the District’s “Rights and Responsibilities of Students in the District” (“Student Code of Conduct”).
