Transfer Tax Forms. Any statements, such as a transfer or conveyance tax forms or returns required by applicable state or local law to be executed by Buyer in order to effect the closing; and
Transfer Tax Forms. All transfer tax and other similar tax returns which Seller is required by law to execute and acknowledge and to deliver, either individually or together with Purchaser, to any governmental authority as a result of the sale, and if Seller is responsible for payment of such taxes in accordance with this Agreement, checks made payable to the appropriate governmental authority in the required amounts (unless Seller authorizes the Title Company to deduct and pay such expenses out of monies payable to Seller).
Transfer Tax Forms. Execute and deliver all requisite transfer tax forms and other documents required by law in order to consummate the conveyance of the Property from Owner to the Company pursuant to this Agreement.
Transfer Tax Forms. All transfer tax returns or forms required for the conveyance of the Property, in each case as prepared by Seller in coordination with Purchaser and, to the extent required under Applicable Law, duly executed Seller;
Transfer Tax Forms. All state, city and/or county transfer tax forms and returns required to be completed, filed or recorded at the Closing with respect to said owned real property.
Transfer Tax Forms. Duly executed and acknowledged transfer tax forms described in Section 5.5(g).
