Transfer the Community. Facilities Land to the Council for use for use for Community Use (Use falling within Use Class D1 non residential institutions) The provision of the Doctors Surgery and Pharmacy were part of the original planning application and the requirement for their provision was fully assessed during the consideration of the planning application and included in the associated S106 Agreement.
