TRANSFER TO A BENEFITED POSITION. Per diem employees who transfer into a benefited position will receive compensation and benefits subject to appropriate insurance and other waiting periods. If an employee transfers from a per diem position into a benefited position, has previously held a benefited position within the preceding sixty (60) days, and has remained in the bargaining unit throughout that time, the Hospital shall restore her/his/their accrued sick leave as previously accrued at its amount when she/he/they previously left the benefited position.

  • Employer Contribution (a) An Employer contribution for health and dental benefits will only be made for each active employee who has at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month and who is eligible for medical insurance coverage, unless otherwise required by law.
