Service Disconnection. Once service has been established pursuant to any Service Order, the Purchaser may, with respect to any Off-Net service or Other Services provided by a Third-Party Service Provider, disconnect any such service by providing the notice described in the preceding paragraph (a) and paying any and all amounts due to any affected Third-Party Service Provider that are contractually provided for in the Grantor's contracts with any such Third-Party Service Provider relating to the affected Service Order. Following an Actual Start Date, the Purchaser may, with respect to any On-Net service, disconnect or reconfigure any such Circuit or service by providing sixty (60) days' prior written notice to the Grantor. If any such disconnected or reconfigured Circuit is a DS-3, OC-3 or OC-12 Circuit, the Purchaser shall have no liability with respect to such disconnection or reconfiguration. If any such disconnected or reconfigured Circuit is an OC-48 or OC-192 Circuit, the Grantor shall be obligated to use reasonable efforts to redeploy such disconnected or reconfigured Circuit in such a manner that will enable it not to recognize any loss due to the Purchaser's disconnection or reconfiguration: provided that, after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date on which the Purchaser gave notice to the Grantor of its intent to disconnect or reconfigure such Circuit, if the Grantor has been unable to mitigate its loss in manner described in the preceding clause, the Purchaser shall reimburse the Grantor for its costs associated with the disconnection or reconfiguration of any such Circuit.

Service Disconnection. Cohere reserves the right to terminate the Service or Customer’s use of the Equipment in the event Customer or any User is in violation of this Agreement. Cohere may be required by law to interrupt the Service in the event it causes interference to the Cohere network, any party, or any equipment.

Service Disconnection. A Subscriber shall have the right to have its service disconnected without charge, except for actual costs incurred by the Grantee or other charges that are allowable under state or federal law. Service disconnections shall include the removal of any equipment owned by the Grantee from the Subscriber's residence. Such disconnection shall be made as soon as practicable and in no case later than thirty (30) days following written notice to the Grantee of same. No Grantee shall enter into any agreement with a Subscriber which imposes any charge following disconnection of service, except CABLE TV 27.18 (d) for reconnection and subsequent monthly or periodic charges, and those charges shall be no greater than charges for new customers. This Subsection shall not prevent a Grantee from entering into an agreement with a Subscriber regarding the collection of any past due amounts, nor shall this Subsection prevent a Grantee from refusing service to any Person because of the Grantee's prior accounts with that Person which remain due and owing.
Service Disconnection. You may request that your services be disconnected at any time. Tombigbee Communications will schedule a disconnect appointment for you, or you may come to our office to return any Tombigbee Communications equipment (e.g., modems). Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, billing for any disconnected services will stop on the date that the service disconnection takes effect and all equipment is returned. Please be advised that you will be subject to an early termination fee if you disconnect your Service prior to the expiration of the initial term of your Service contract (12 months for residential customers and 24 months for commercial customers). This early termination fee shall be an amount equal to the product of your aggregate monthly charges multiplied by the number of months remaining in the initial term of your Service contract.
Service Disconnection. B.4.1 The Access Seeker may cancel the Broadband Resale Service provided to a Customer at any time after the Ready for Service Date by sending a Disconnect Order to BTC’s Interconnection Manager by letter, fax or email. The Disconnect Order must include: • Date of Disconnect Order • Access Xxxxxx’s name and order number • BTC’s Order Number • The Access Seeker’s Order Number • The Customer’s name, address and fixed line phone number for the premises where the Service is installed • The requested date for disconnection • Name and position of Access Xxxxxx’s representative authorising theorder • Signature of Access Xxxxxx’s representative.
Service Disconnection. For Domestic Services, Sprint will have up to 30 days to complete disconnection. For non-Domestic Services, Sprint may require a longer period. Customer will be responsible for all charges through the later of the 30th day after Sprint received the disconnect notice, or the date Customer stops using the Services. For a notice of disconnect to be effective, Customer must provide written information necessary for Sprint to complete the disconnect, such as a completed Disconnect Firm Order Commitment for Customer- provided access. Failure to provide such required information may result in Sprint’s revocation of Connecting Facility Assignments from Sprint to the Local Exchange Carrier. Customer will be liable for any resulting charges imposed by the Local Exchange Carrier.

Service Disconnection. If service has been disconnected for non-payment, your account is subject to a reconnection charge. Your service will be restored after the past due amount, plus reconnection charges, one- month's advanced service fees, and service deposits are paid to Cloudnet. This payment must be in cash, a cashier's check, money order, or by credit card.

If a Subscriber fails to specify an effective date for disconnection, the effective date shall be deemed to be the day following the date the disconnect request is received by the Grantee.
