Transferability and Assignment. At the option of the Holder thereof, the Warrants and all rights under the Warrant Certificate may be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged, encumbered or in any other manner transferred or disposed of, in whole or in part, by the registered Holder or by duly authorized attorney, and one or more new Warrant Certificates shall be made and delivered and registered in the name of one or more transferees, upon surrender in accordance with Section 1.8 and upon compliance with all applicable laws.
