Transferred SpinCo Participants. As of the date of each Transferred SpinCo Participant’s transfer to the SpinCo Group, SpinCo (acting directly or through a member of the SpinCo Group) shall cause the SpinCo Welfare Plans to recognize and maintain all elections and designations (including all coverage and contribution elections and beneficiary designations) made by such Transferred SpinCo Participant under, or with respect to, the RemainCo Welfare Plans and apply such elections and designations under the SpinCo Welfare Plans for the remainder of the period or periods for which such elections or designations are by their original terms applicable, to the extent such election or designation is available under the corresponding SpinCo Welfare Plan.
