Transferring the Agreement. You cannot, and cannot try to, assign or transfer (in whole or in part) this Agreement or the benefit of or the rights under this Agreement to anyone else. We may assign or transfer (in whole or in part) this Agreement to any Associated Company.
Transferring the Agreement. 39.1 You may not assign, transfer or novate this Agreement without our prior written consent.
Transferring the Agreement. You cannot transfer the Agreement to another person without our prior written consent. We will need your prior written consent to any transfer too, except if we are selling all or substantially all our large customer electricity retailing business in the State in which the Supply Address is located (in which case you appoint us to be your attorney to sign any document or do anything necessary to effect the transfer of this Agreement to the buyer of that business).
Transferring the Agreement. You can’t assign, transfer or novate the Agreement without our prior written consent. Subject to Law we may transfer, novate or assign this Agreement to any third party, any of our Related Bodies Corporate or as part of any transfer of a substantial number of our customers to a third party. We’ll let you know if we do this.

We can transfer our rights and obligations (or both) under this Agreement or any part of it to a BT Group Company without your permission.
Transferring the Agreement. 5.1 Neither this Agreement nor any of its benefits or rights shall be transferred without obtaining the written permission of the Licensor and ONS in advance, such permission not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.
