Transfers by Member. The Member may Transfer all, or any portion of, the Member’s interest or rights in the Member’s Membership Rights to one or more Successors.
Transfers by Member. The Member may transfer, sell, assign, alienate, encumber, mortgage, pledge or otherwise dispose of all or any portion of its interest in the Company.
Transfers by Member. No Member may pledge, assign, sell, transfer, exchange, hypothecate or otherwise encumber or dispose of his or her Units in the Company or any rights with respect thereto without the prior consent of the Manager and Members owning a majority of the Units owned by all Members .Upon compliance with the requirements of this Article VII, as determined by the Manager (in which determination a transferring Manager may not participate), a Person acquiring one or more Units shall be admitted to the Company as a substitute member pursuant to Section 18-704(a) of the Delaware Act.

Transfers by Member.
