Transfers into the Precinct or Assignment of New Employees After the Commencement. If, after the Commencement Date, an employee transfers into a Precinct to work in a Bid Assignment by any means other than pursuant to Subd. 4 of this Section, the Inspector may assign the employee to any unclaimed vacant Bid Assignment or create a new Bid Assignment for the employee.
