Transfers of Personal Data to the United States. The entity of Data Processor established in the United States self-certified to and complies with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks, as administered by the US Department of Commerce, and Data Processor shall comply with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks with respect to the Processing of Personal Data that is transferred from the EEA and/or Switzerland to the United States.
