TRANSITION AND PROGRESSION. 9.1. The Provider will signal to the Commissioner when it feels that time may be right to start a transition/reintegration to mainstream process or onto another setting and work with the Commissioner to put the process into place. The Provider will use its best endeavours (subject to capacity) to support this process.
