Transition Budget. 9.1 The financial relationship between the Authorities is further detailed in Schedule 4 of this Agreement. 9.2 The Authorities agree that for the Transition Period the Integrated Service shall continue to be subject to the financing arrangements that currently apply in relation to the three individual adoption service teams. 9.3 During the Transition Period, all recurrent costs which are not directly attributable to the establishment of the Integrated Service, including but not limited to staffing and premises will be met by the individual Authority budget. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any redundancy or other payments relating to savings identified in each Council’s Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS). 9.4 During the Transition Period, any cost attributable to the creation and functioning of the Integrated Service, including but not limited to additional insurance premium payable by the Host Authority shall be shared and apportioned in accordance with Schedule 4. 9.5 After the expiration of the Transition Period the Host Authority, NPT and Bridgend agree to contribute to a pooled fund which shall be separately documented in the Main Agreement.

Transition Budget. Attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit F is an approved transition budget (the “Transition Budget”) for the costs and expenses the Owner and the Management Company will incur in transitioning the management of the Hotel. The Owner has approved the Transition Budget to enable the Management Company to prepare to assume management of the Hotel pursuant to this Agreement, and the Owner agrees to reimburse the Management Company for any such costs or expenses incurred by the Management Company substantially in accordance with the Transition Budget.

The words in the last sentence in the second paragraph, “, and such amount shall be deducted on a dollar for dollar basis from the Operating Activities of the Wafer Budget set forth on Exhibit A-1 and the amount of cash to be transferred to Purchaser or third parties as part of the sale of Core Assets” shall be deleted.

  • Construction Budget The total amount indicated by the District for the Project plus all other costs, including design, construction, administration, financing, and all other costs.

  • Project Budget A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment “C”. Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor. The funds granted under this Grant Contract cannot be used to supplant (replace) other existing funds.
