Common use of Transition Date Clause in Contracts

Transition Date. For the purpose of this agreement, “Transition Date” means the date that is 40 Working Days (or such lesser period as may be agreed in writing between the parties) after the day on which the Distributor notifies the Retailer in writing that the scope of the agreement will be expanded to include the Auckland Network as well as the Northern Network.
