Transition for Dark Fiber Loop. 2.4.4.2.1 For purposes of this Section 2.4.4, the Transition Period for Dark Fiber Loops is the eighteen (18) month period beginning March 11, 2005 and ending September 10, 2006. 2.4.4.2.2 For purposes of this Section 2.4.4, Embedded Base means Dark Fiber Loops that were in service for Nexus as of March 10, 2005.
