Common use of Transition for Dark Fiber Transport Clause in Contracts

Transition for Dark Fiber Transport. 5.9.1.1 For purposes of this Section 5.9, the Transition Period for the Embedded Base of Dark Fiber Transport is the eighteen (18) month period beginning March 11, 2005 and ending September 10, 2006. 5.9.1.2 For purposes of this Section 5.9, Embedded Base means Dark Fiber Transport that was in service for AFN as of March 10, 2005 in those wire centers that, as of such date, met the criteria set forth in 5.9. 1.4.1.
