Transition Period For Dark Fiber Transport. For an 18-month period beginning on March 11, 2005, any Dark Fiber Transport UNE that AT&T leased from Verizon as of that date, but which Verizon is not obligated to unbundle pursuant to Section 3.5.3.1 above, shall be available for lease from Verizon at a rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment to this Amendment, which shall be equal to the higher of (a) 115% of the rate AT&T paid for the Dark Fiber Transport element on June 15, 2004, or
